A prominent Digital Marketing agency based in Sydney, NSW sent out a blanket email to 110 Migration Agents across Australia attempting to garner interest through their networks of people wanting to migrate to Australia. This resulted in 4 replies by interested parties including TD Mango Business Brokers. Steve Scotland, with a back ground in Information and Communication Technology took up the challenge. Over a series of months, Steve advertised the business but ultimately found the successful buyer in his immediate network of local buyers. The buyer ultimately purchased this Digital Marketing Agency to cross pollinate over their existing group of businesses.

The deal was made up of an overall purchase price that the Seller was happy with as well as a consultancy agreement where the Seller stay in the business for 12 months which came with very healthy bonuses.
