This property had been on the market for 5 years previous to our invoolvement in this project. We were referred to the sellers by another client who knew the sellers well. In the previous 5 years there had only been two inspections of the property. We took the property on as an Open Listing as the Sellers wanted to keep all options open. We organised for inspections in the time we had the property on the market culminating in a sale to Chinese buyers currently residing in Melbourne.
During the time involved with the sale Ken become firm friends which provided a great deal of added contentment to be able to affect the sale finally for this couple. They can now enjoy retirement free of worry and concern
