Colin James Fine Foods was opened by the Sellers some 12 years prior and is now a thriving retail business in the main street, together with a separate factory producing and selling wholesale foods across a much wider footprint.

These businesses were prepared, marketed and sold as a contemporaneous sale. There were two separate companies involved and the Buyers determined that they wanted the sale to take the form of a Share Transfer for the companies.
